Processor -Based Controller

At the heart of OPX+ is a multi-core Pulse Processing Unit (PPU). It combines classical calculation with quantum control pulses and control flow in real time. Instead of playing pulse sequences from memory, the PPU generates and manipulates them on-the-fly, reducing uploading times and memory usage to near zero.

Unique Real-Time Capabilities 

OPX+ reduces conditional feedback to 224 ns and can do fully parametric feedback: readout, classical calculations, and parameter updates in 272 ns. With no central controller architecture, a cluster of OPX+ units provides ultra-fast feedback between any of the qubits.
